Retreats 2026

6-9 March 2026 / Erve de Strake – Winterswijk – Netherlands

We are very happy to meet for the first time for a cosy retreat in a beautiful place in the Netherlands!
During these 4 days we will dive deep in to the Ashtanga Path and explore different aspects of the practice.

We will stay the cultural region of the Achterhoek, in a beautiful restored Saxon farmhouse surrounded by nature and fields.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll experience a serene, calming atmosphere — high ceilings, abundant natural light, and natural materials. Each room has its own vibe, yet everywhere you’ll feel the care, craftsmanship, and respect for the old farmhouse. It radiates space and tranquility — the perfect setting to truly reconnect with yourself. And yes, you’ll wake up to the sound of birdsong.

There is a bright yoga space with large windows, where the boundary between indoors and outdoors fades away. In the evening you can watch the sun set from here.

In between the practice and classes there is space to explore the beautiful surroundings, rest, enjoy the delicious organic meals and appreciate this time together.

This retreat has space for a maximum of 12 participants.

This retreat is for everyone who is interested in the Ashtanga practice and want to dive deeper.

On the day of arrival we will start with a guided Ashtanga class. From the next morning we will begin with Mysore practice, which will be aimed at students with different levels of experience in the practice. The Mysore practice is a self practice in which every student will move in their own time, individually guided by the teacher.

During the afternoons we will present the basic principles of the Osseus method applied to the standing asana’s of the Ashtanga Primary & Intermediate series. We will look deeper at our relationship with gravity to find integrity moment by moment to free the breathing and to go deeper in to the understanding of Ujjayi breathing through the Bandhas.

The retreat will be guided English by Liliana & Tim.

To participate, you can send us an email to find out more about the booking and registration process! Registration opens 29th of September.

Karuna Center – Monchique – Portugal

We are very happy to meet again in a space of tranquility, awareness and silence, which will allow us to get in touch with ourselves.

Close to nature, we will immerse ourselves in postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and meditation (Vipassana) for one week.

This retreat is an opportunity to connect with our nature, to deepen our practice with the Osseus approach. We will dive into the practice of Yoga and Vipassana Meditation, which gives us the possibility to discover what is truly essential for each of us.

Yoga and Meditation opens the way for us to have an attitude towards life based on an active awareness of the intrinsic nature of the interrelationship of all the elements of life.

We will address the three fundamental principles of the practice:

Principle of Reality (perception), Principle of Change (Anicca – impermanence) and Principle of Causality (actions in the way of their Impacts).

This retreat is aimed at all people who wish to deepen their yoga and meditation practice. A retreat of one week of progressive practice, seven days of immersion to study together.

During the first three days, we will begin in the morning with Ashtanga Yoga practice, which will be aimed at students with different levels of experience of the practice. In the afternoon we will deepen the basic principles of the Osseus method.

In the second part of the retreat we will deepen our self-practice, Ashtanga Mysore, and we will dive into the practice of Vipassana Meditation.

The retreat will be given, depending on the nationality of the students, in Portuguese and English.

This experience is organized to be lived during 6 days with the possibility of being adapted to the availability and the specific conditions of each student.

To participate, just send us an email to find out more about the booking and registration process!
